Thorough and innovative, Erik produces measurable results through a client centric retirement planning process, with the goal in mind to maximize future income, liquidity, and legacy, while building in maximum control and flexibility along the way. His belief is that almost always, retirement is the most difficult personal financial problem to solve; and if it can be solved, then all other planning decisions become easier. Most importantly, solving the question of retirement tends to bring significant peace of mind.
Erik’s passion for his work, communication skills, grasp of markets and economic strategy, use of technology, and most importantly desire to serve has brought him a diverse and successful clientele across the country that includes corporate executives, successful business owners, and highly credentialed professionals across the country.
As an advisor knowledgeable in both investment and insurance products and strategies, Erik has a book of business that spans from coast to coast. He has been a CFP® Professional since 2017 and in 2022 added his RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional), a designation held by a small subset of financial professionals, with a comprehensive and practical focus on retirement and withdrawal planning approaches.
Erik serves as a board member for A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay and the Round of a Lifetime Foundation. In his free time, Erik enjoys spending quality time with his wife Melanie, his two daughters Shayla and Devy, his extended family and friends.

Erik began his career at Accenture Management Consulting, helping Fortune 100 companies solve large and complex problems, both financial and operational, to improve their top line or save through to the bottom line through process improvement and improved strategy – working with clients such as Heinz, Target, USPS, Time Warner Cable and many others.
In 2015, Erik took that skill set into private practice, and has since helped hundreds of individuals solve financial problems and take advantage of opportunities through improved strategy and process. Beginning with the end in mind and driven by process, Erik helps his clients increase clarity and visibility within their personal finances and more importantly reach their goals by both planning for immediate results as well as implementing advanced, long-term strategies in complex areas, specializing in retirement.
